Lambda Phi Omega is a fraternity that has promised to uphold its community and develop leadership skills within its Frats to create outstanding citizens and leaders. We vow to be the glue to unite our communities and LGBTQ family, One hand at a time, One genuine step at a time.

Lambda Phi Omega Fraternity, Inc. realizes within the community we are dealing with many issues. We will be working hand in hand with different health establishments to promote better living. We plan to spread health awareness in our community.
SUPPORT FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE
The need to help the less fortunate is growing at a rapid pace and the Gents of Lambda Phi Omega Fraternity Inc. will do their part to provide support to those less fortunate in varies ways. We will be an active presence in our community to shine a light on the immediate need to support those less fortunate
LGBT YOUTH
LPhi Noble Gents believe in the value of family. As one we will work together and assist with eliminating the isolation and deprivation of our youth. It is our belief that strength, love, and support aids in building a better future for generations to come.
